Anchor Bolts, ASTM A449
Anchor Bolts, which can be either straight or “L” shaped, are usually embedded into concrete foundations with an exposed thread, and are used to connect structural and non-structural elements to concrete. Anchor bolts can transfer different types of load: tension forces and shear forces.
