3/16, Plastic Toggle Anchor
Plastic Toggle Anchors provide vibration-proof anchoring of light to medium loads in hollow walls & ceilings. They require a pre-drilled hole, and in their folded-down state are pressed into the hole. When a sheet metal screw is screwed into the toggle anchor, it expands the wings behind the hollow wall, locking the anchor in place.
