Master Link, Superalloy (Inconel, Hastelloy, Alloy 20)

In The concept of Rigging, a Master Link is an oblong, permanently closed loop that is often found at the top of a multiple-leg chain assembly or wire rope bridle. Used so that multiple lifting cables can be connected to a single lifting point.In the context of Roller Chains, A master link or quick-release link is a roller chain accessory that allows convenient connection and disconnection of a chain without the need for a chain tool. It acts as a set of the chain's outer plates, so joining two sets of the chain's inner plate ends. A Master Link usually has a spring steel retainer which keeps the link in place.
