Square Nuts , Class 5.6 or Class 5.8 (DIN 557)
Square Nuts are just four-sided nuts, but compared to standard hex nuts, square nuts have a greater surface in contact with the part being fastened, and therefore provide greater resistance to loosening. Square nuts are typically mated with square-headed bolts.
