M28 Drill Rods (DIN 175)
In raw materials, a drill rod is a precision‑ground, round tool‑steel bar supplied in relatively small diameters and straight lengths for making cutting tools and wear‑resistant machine parts.It is usually sold in an annealed (machinable) condition, then heat‑treated by the user to achieve high hardness and durability for items like drills, punches, dowel pins, gauges, and shafts.
