M5, Plate Nut (Nutplate, Floating Anchor Nut)
Floating Anchor Nuts, Nut Plates, or Plate Nuts have an internally threaded feature attached to, but floating within a plate. The plate is attached to a surface, but the floating nut in the nut plate allows for some misalignment in assembly.
